Support: Crownplot

Use the Restore purchases link at the bottom of the Shop (the bag icon on the home screen), or Settings > Purchases > Restore purchases. Sign in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with. Restore brings back one-time purchases (Remove ads, All themes, Supporter pack). Packs that are used up when bought (10 hints, 50 hints) cannot be restored.

Remove ads stops interstitial (full-screen) and banner ads. Rewarded videos stay, because you choose to watch them for a reward. If full-screen ads still appear, use Restore purchases (see the first question), make sure you are signed in to the account you bought with, then restart the game.

Buy Remove ads in the Shop (the bag icon on the home screen) or Settings > Purchases > Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase that you can restore on your other devices.

Progress is saved only on the device, because the game has no accounts or cloud saves. Uninstalling or changing devices starts the game fresh, unless your device's own backup restored the app's data. Use Restore purchases to get your one-time purchases back.

Open Settings > Privacy > Delete my data and confirm. This erases everything the game saved on your device and cannot be undone. Data held by Google for ads is described in the privacy policy (section "Delete your data"); for anything else email [email protected].

Open Settings > Privacy > Ad choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this reopens Google's consent message; in US states with privacy laws it lets you opt out of personalized ads. On iPhone you can also change tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: Google Play refunds or Apple refunds.

Place one crown in every row, every column and every coloured region. Crowns never touch each other, not even diagonally. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic alone, without guessing; any placement that keeps every rule counts as solved. Conflicts are marked as you play: two crowns in one row, column or region, crowns that touch, or a row, column or region left with no square for its crown. They show real rule breaks only and are never a comparison with a stored answer; you can turn them off in Settings > Play > Show conflicts. The ? in the game's top bar shows the rules at any time, and Settings > Help > How to play replays the tutorial.

An X is your own note that a square cannot hold a crown. Tap an empty square once for an X, again for a crown, and once more to clear it; Settings > Play > Crown first swaps the order, so the first tap places a crown. Drag your finger across squares to put an X on every empty square you pass; a drag that starts on an X clears X instead, and a drag never changes a crown. Auto X (Settings > Play, on by default) shows a soft X on every empty square that a crown on the board rules out: its row, its column, its region and the eight squares around it. The soft X marks follow your crowns, so they disappear when you remove the crown. Undo takes back a whole drag in one step.

At 00:00 UTC, the same board for everyone. Monday is an easy 7×7, Tuesday an easy 8×8, Wednesday a medium 8×8, Thursday a medium 9×9, Friday and Saturday a hard 9×9, and Sunday's 9×9 is the expert one.

A hint first clears any wrong marks, then takes the next logical step and explains it in one sentence, highlighting the squares and areas that prove it (for example: "This region fits only in this row, so no other square of the row can take a crown."). You start with 3 hints. You earn one for each daily you solve and one for every three practice puzzles (earning stops at 9). When you are out, you can watch an optional video for one more, or buy a pack in the Shop. Undo and reset are always free, so you never need a hint to finish.

Solve the daily puzzle on consecutive days (by the UTC date) to build your streak; Stats shows your current and best streak and a five-week calendar. A streak freeze covers one missed day so your streak survives. You can hold two; get one from Stats by watching an optional video (at most one a week). A held freeze is used automatically when you miss a day.

Parchment is free. Orchard, Tapestry and Stained Glass unlock free at a 3-, 7- and 14-day best daily streak. Porcelain and Sunset come with All themes or the Supporter pack (All themes also unlocks the streak themes at once). Every theme has a light and a dark look, with its own region colours, crown and mark style.

Yes. Settings > Accessibility > Colour-blind palette switches the regions to colour-blind-safe tints and gives every region its own pattern. Regions are always separated by thick borders, so no region relies on colour alone. The dark theme is in Settings > Look; Reduce motion and Larger text are in Settings > Accessibility.
